About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end user experience design across discovery, ideation, conception, detailed design, prototypes, and validation
- Deliver end-to-end digital design experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms
- Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences
- Perform user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Provide digital design services according to the agreed performance contract
- Apply existing best practice frameworks to implement identified subject matter processes and standards
- Provide specialist advice and support to ensure solutions and recommendations are appropriate and effective
- Identify and recommend innovative ways to achieve quality results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong experience with interactive prototyping and design validation
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Ability to translate customer, business, and technical requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences
- Knowledge of user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Ability to understand and apply existing best practice frameworks
- Ability to provide specialist advice and support
- Ability to identify and recommend innovative ways of achieving quality results
