About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end administration and coordination of annual pay review and bonus cycles
- Administer reward programmes and compensation processes according to approved policies and procedures
- Execute and validate reward-related transactions, incentive payments and compensation changes
- Produce operational reporting and maintain governance documentation
- Perform reconciliations and support audit and compliance requirements
- Resolve reward queries and coordinate reward communications
- Maintain reward knowledge content and information resources
- Manage reward exception administration, including tracking, reporting, escalation and governance support
- Coordinate remuneration surveys and benchmarking activities, including data preparation, submissions and vendor liaison
- Provide first-line support for reward systems, data management, testing, issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Support vendor management, service delivery monitoring, operational administration and stakeholder coordination
- Support executive remuneration and Director Emoluments processes through secure administration, governance controls, reconciliations and audit support
- Analyse reward data and operational trends to identify process improvements and enhance service effectiveness and colleague experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
- 3 years of experience in Reward, Human Resources, Payroll, Shared Services, Finance Administration or a related operational support environment
- Knowledge of reward administration and compensation processes
- Knowledge of HRIS and reward systems administration; Workday exposure advantageous
- Data management, reporting and reconciliation skills
- Governance, compliance and audit controls knowledge
- Stakeholder engagement and service delivery skills
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Reward administration and compensation processing competency
