Key responsibilities & impact

Develop Workday Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, Dashboards and Worksheets
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
Develop KPI frameworks and workforce reporting standards
Enable self-service analytics and reporting adoption
Build dashboards and visualisations
Deliver workforce analytics, trends and executive insights
Use data storytelling techniques to support strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain Workday Prism datasets and pipelines
Utilise SQL, Power Query and Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and compliance
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and reporting consultations
Build trusted relationships and support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, HR or related discipline
Minimum 5 years Workday Reporting & Analytics experience
Experience developing Workday reports, dashboards and analytical solutions
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
Strong SQL, Excel and Power Query skills
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions
Workday Reporting Certification preferred
Workday Prism Analytics Certification preferred
Experience within a multinational or Pan-African organisation preferred
Exposure to HR, Payroll and Finance data domains preferred
