About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end software implementation process for new clients, averaging 8 weeks, through phone, email, and virtual meetings
Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and develop achievable timelines and program goals with clients
Act as client partner and liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management
Support and implement additional products and integrations, including RESTful API and CRM/HRM integrations
Provide in-depth LMS training, including best practices and workflows customized to client needs
Manage a portfolio of projects while maintaining quality and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Serve as the main client point of contact, project manager, guide, and educator during Absorb LMS rollouts

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management, working in software implementations, or similar experience
Previous training experience / software training experience
Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts
Proven time management skills
Project-oriented mindset
Previous LMS admin or training experience (preferred)
Knowledge of the adult learning and E-learning industry (preferred)
PMP or formal project management experience (preferred)
Previous experience working with data import tools (preferred)
Must be able to show proof of legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship
Successful candidates are subject to pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check
