Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with operational teams to understand business challenges
Prototype AI solutions and iterate with end users
Deliver high levels of adoption and business impact
Design, build and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions
Align solutions with enterprise architecture, engineering standards and responsible AI principles
Translate operational requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions
Improve workflows, productivity and user experience across the organisation
Ensure AI solutions are fully tested, documented and production-ready
Provide effective handovers and knowledge transfer
Collaborate with architects, analysts, engineers and business stakeholders
Continuously improve AI delivery and share best practice
Identify opportunities to enhance the Group’s AI capability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience delivering AI and automation solutions
Strong knowledge of AI technologies
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms
Strong knowledge of systems integration
Ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Occasional office visits required
