Contract Coordinator – 6 Month FTC

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the end-to-end assessment process for Continuing Healthcare services
- Coordinate assessments, reviews and appeal meetings to agreed service levels and operational KPIs
- Liaise with service users, families, clinicians, Integrated Care Boards and other stakeholders
- Manage assessment bookings and progress cases
- Obtain and manage required documentation, including care home and GP records
- Act as the central point of contact for the service area
- Provide updates and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Prepare appeal documentation
- Accurately record meeting minutes
- Support efficient assessment delivery, patient flow and access to care and support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or coordination role with multiple competing priorities
- Background in patient-facing roles or NHS administration helpful
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Compassionate and resilient approach when supporting service users and families through challenging circumstances
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a wider team
