Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and enhance applications, contributing to new features and improvements under the guidance of senior developers
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve bugs
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of existing systems
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders
  • Participate in team meetings, stand-ups and code reviews
  • Support internal users by resolving issues efficiently and providing professional, customer-focused service
  • Maintain clear technical documentation recording application changes, fixes and support activities
