Key responsibilities & impact

Support marketing planning and execute initiatives across different channels.
Contribute to the creation and publication of content, campaigns, and communications materials.
Organize the marketing calendar and track the team’s deliverables.
Support outreach, lead generation, and audience engagement initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on results.
Collaborate with other teams and partners to implement marketing initiatives.
Use AI tools to support activities and improve the team’s processes.

What you’ll need

Mid-level or senior-level experience in digital marketing.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Solid experience with social media, lead generation, and growth marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools.
Strong written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Autonomy and willingness to work across both analysis and execution.
Experience in education, paid media, CRM, and marketing automation is a plus.
Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Residency in Jundiaí or the surrounding region, as indicated in the mandatory application question.
