About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Constantly raise the bar for Acadia’s social media services
- Ensure the social product is current, timely, client-focused, and grounded in audience understanding
- Lead onboarding and strategy sessions for enterprise-level clients
- Oversee and mentor the junior content strategy team through strategist-led sessions, one-on-ones, pitching support, experience sharing, and learning opportunities
- Inform pitch strategy through research best practices and data-driven campaign ideas
- Create monthly and quarterly content briefs guiding client social media priorities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports by analyzing metrics and recommending strategic shifts
- Collaborate with the Creative team on campaigns rooted in consumer behavior, opportunities, and industry insights
- Act as a subject matter expert for departments and clients
- Support strategy leadership with department needs, thought leadership, and new business
- Guide creative teams on social media best practices and platform user behaviors
- Participate in new business pitches
