About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage regular reporting output for agency clients by gathering data, formatting reports, and communicating with clients
  • Partner with internal sales teams to gather account updates and drive clear next steps
  • Maintain and update key agency contacts and current status
  • Generate and audit internal sales reports, tracking against quarterly and annual goals
  • Assist with billing and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Provide administrative and process support for meetings, presentations, and client communications
  • Assist with sales, sales development, and marketing materials for agency partnerships
  • Liaise with finance, data, product, operations, and legal teams to support contracts and agreements
  • Use internal CRM and reporting systems to track activity for assigned agencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of project management or client relationship experience
  • Media or agency industry experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
