About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage and organise executive inboxes and emails, including messages and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Schedule meetings and prepare relevant information and documentation.
- Take, organise, and maintain meeting minutes and action items.
- Manage and organise documents, files, and administrative records.
- Maintain an efficient and structured filing and document management system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related bookings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and executive requests.
- Support LinkedIn and other marketing-related activities, including profile updates and content preparation.
- Organise day-to-day executive tasks and ensure priorities are followed through.
- Work independently and proactively to identify and address administrative needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous Executive Assistant experience is required, preferably supporting senior executives or leadership.
- Strong experience managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, documents, and competing priorities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong documentation and administrative skills.
- Some experience with LinkedIn, social media, content creation, or marketing support is an advantage.
- Comfortable learning and working with different systems and digital tools.
- Industry experience is not required.
