About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver exceptional corporate events and programs that create memorable client experiences
- Provide operational solutions and identify improvements and efficiencies
- Manage all vendors required for each program
- Own Statements of Work, additional deposit requests, and final invoicing
- Manage and prepare event staff to ensure consistent communication and operational excellence
- Upsell services that improve the client experience
- Own event budgets and work toward gross profit goals
- Coordinate with hotel conference service managers and onsite staff to ensure seamless DMC–hotel partnerships
- Manage Salesforce data for ASOs and vendor information
- Work with procurement to confirm vendors are vetted and approved
- Measure and achieve KPIs and key results
- Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams and other company-wide teams
- Coordinate venue management, production, transportation, contract negotiation, and event staff management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Role requires residency within the local South Florida market or willingness to relocate to it
- 2–5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs (listed as a nice-to-have)
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing events (listed as a nice-to-have)
- Strong organization and time management skills (listed as a nice-to-have)
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented (listed as a nice-to-have)
- Ability to travel for site visits, multi-day program execution, or to support other Access markets during peak demand
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Experience with hotel, venue, and transportation partners
- Experience with event planning tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, Monday, Cvent, Excel/Google Sheets, or BEO systems
