About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier account information in Salesforce
  • Update client contracting information to ensure data integrity and completeness
  • Assist with supplier report management and related data updates
  • Proactively maintain supplier files to help prevent compliance gaps
  • Assist the Director of Contracting with identifying and updating client contracting activities
  • Support procurement and contracting processes, including document collection and organization
  • Maintain accurate contracting records and documentation within Salesforce
  • Contribute to efficient procurement workflows
  • Assist with department initiative implementation and rollout
  • Complete day-to-day administrative tasks while managing priorities and timelines
  • Use time-blocking and task-tracking techniques to organize workload
  • Adapt to changing priorities and assist with new assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, preferred
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must answer whether sponsorship is required now or in the future
