About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and maintain vendor account information to ensure minimum requirements and alignment with Access’ operational needs
  • Own the new vendor vetting workflow from beginning to end, including accurate Salesforce data entry
  • Ensure vendor documentation is current, complete, and compliant with company standards
  • Update and maintain vendor files in Salesforce for ongoing compliance and data integrity
  • Support cross-functional teams with vendor vetting and procurement processes
  • Communicate with vendors and collect required documentation
  • Work with territories to gather documentation and pertinent information for new vendors
  • Serve as primary point of contact for territories and vendors regarding vetting and compliance
  • Assist the Procurement Team with vendor contracting activities
  • Improve procurement workflows and onboarding processes
  • Help ensure vendor accounts are compliant, fully vetted, organized, and audit-ready
  • Identify and resolve potential vetting issues or delays
  • Support procurement process scalability, consistency, and operational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Foundational understanding of event planning, hospitality, or related fields through coursework, internship, or entry-level experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Collaborative spirit
  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
