About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead sales efforts in the market through program qualification, development, and relationship expansion
  • Manage hotel partnerships and seek new opportunities to grow market share
  • Support large and complex client programs and long-term relationships
  • Generate new business and develop relationships with key target hotels and strategic partners
  • Conduct presentations and lead site inspections
  • Represent Access in the market and across client relationships
  • Own KPI and Key Result performance and achieve sales goals
  • Partner with Creative and Events teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Support the Director of Sales with training and mentoring new team members
  • Operate according to company procedures to drive revenue and gross profit goals
  • Partner with Operations to ensure seamless handoff and execution of client programs
  • Promote and represent the Access brand in the market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in the Los Angeles / Orange County area or open to relocating to this market
  • 2–5 years of sales success in a consultative environment, preferably in the hospitality or events industry
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Passion for the hospitality and special events industry
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Frequent in-person partner and vendor meetings, industry event attendance, and active local-market engagement
  • Ability to travel for site visits, client meetings, familiarization tours, and occasional support in other Access markets
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
