About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct leadership over Accord's 245D-licensed Employment, Day Support, and Family Support programs
  • Ensure services reflect community needs, follow best-practice and evidence-based models, and remain fiscally viable
  • Report directly to the EVP, Integrator
  • Lead and develop the Managers of Employment, Day Support, and Family Support
  • Apply the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and its tools to align program initiatives with organizational objectives
  • Supervise managers and provide regular feedback, guidance, and resource support
  • Plan, develop, implement, and grow existing and new 245D programs
  • Measure, manage, report, and drive employee productivity using EHR, Data Warehouse, and other data tools
  • Seek new funding sources and maintain relationships with funders
  • Prepare annual budgets and provide fiscal oversight, forecasting, and expenditure authorization
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
  • Develop and implement processes complying with 245D licensing, accreditation standards, laws, regulations, and administrative rules
  • Promote best practices in service delivery, including person-centered planning and personal empowerment
  • Collaborate across teams to monitor and evaluate programs, policies, and procedures
  • Work with Quality & Training to identify and meet training needs
  • Communicate, implement, and interpret agency-wide policies and procedures
  • Direct staff selection, training, supervision, performance management, and evaluation
  • Mentor leaders and build leadership pipelines and succession plans
  • Represent the agency to supported individuals, community partners, and external constituents
  • Collaborate with people at all organizational levels
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant human services field required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Social Work degree holders are required to be licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in human services working with people living with disabilities
  • Experience across multiple 245D program types, including Employment, Day Support, Family Support, or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Experience leading other leaders/managers, not only direct staff
  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and funder relationship management
  • Proficiency in GSuite, Excel, EHR systems, and third-party analytics
  • Availability to travel locally for work, with limited overnight travel possible
