About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive the product roadmap and priorities
- Own the Customer Success–product relationship and feedback loop
- Scope and sequence delivery with engineering
- Track post-launch feature adoption and improve outcomes
- Collaborate with product marketing on release timelines and launch coordination
- Contribute to user research and speak directly with customers
- Run AI evaluations and data analysis, including cost modeling and agent framework evaluation
- Align product, engineering, Customer Success, design, and product marketing around company outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Startup experience; comfortable working in a high-velocity environment and managing multiple competing priorities
- Experience shipping 0→1 products and closing the loop after launch
- Data fluency, including running AI evaluations and cost models
- Ability to determine when AI is appropriate versus human intervention
- Exceptional communication across engineering, Customer Success, product marketing, and design
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Strong opinions held loosely; collaborative and growth-oriented
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
