About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor automation workflows through Microsoft Power Platform/Dashboards and Kapow Management Console
Track and respond to alerts, failures and SLA breaches
Perform incident logging and updates in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
Communicate status updates and outages to stakeholders
Perform initial triage and basic troubleshooting of incidents
Analyze and debug Power Automate flows and Kapow Robots
Restart failed bots/flows according to SOPs
Identify common issues including timeouts, credential failures and missing inputs
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Dev Lead
Maintain SOPs, runbooks and knowledge base articles
Perform detailed root cause analysis for recurring incidents
Document root causes and corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Any specialization)
Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop flows)
Basic understanding of Kapow / Kofax RPA (Design Studio, Management Console)
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of APIs, Json and SQL (preferred)
Basic knowledge of Python and Javascript (good to have)
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Documentation and reporting skills
Enthusiasm for emerging and futuristic technologies, with willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM–4:00 AM night shift
Right to work in Australia indefinitely without company sponsorship
