About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of 5–11 ICB or Trust enterprise NHS accounts end-to-end
  • Build customer relationships and drive adoption
  • Lead account renewals and support customer retention
  • Help NHS Trusts achieve outcomes from Accurx Scribe in secondary care
  • Build processes and relationships where Accurx is new
  • Collaborate across marketing, implementation, transformation, commercial operations, and finance
  • Bring customer feedback into the business
  • Help shape and codify account-management processes
  • Navigate NHS restructuring, funding uncertainty, and stakeholder changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or another relationship-heavy role
  • Ability to own and build trusted customer relationships
  • Ability to push back constructively and act as a trusted advisor
  • Comfortable creating structure and building processes from scratch
  • Genuine interest in and patience for navigating NHS complexity
  • Comfortable using AI tools to automate routine work
  • Ability to work with clinical leads, Heads of Digital Transformation, and commercial directors
  • Willingness to work from the Shoreditch office 3 days per week
  • Ability to work in the UK; visa sponsorship requirements are assessed in the application
