About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build relationships with appropriate levels and functions of customer organizations to ensure successful delivery of Accuserve’s value proposition
Identify key issues and generate creative solutions to strengthen branded partnerships and achieve breakthrough results
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and develop strategic business plans for assigned accounts
Leverage customer, industry, and internal data to drive effective margins and cross-selling opportunities
Work with sales leaders and operations team leads to ensure successful transitions from sale to operationalization
Manage daily success across assigned accounts in collaboration with clients and operations
Conduct recurring client meetings to accomplish strategic objectives
Build, analyze, and report on key performance indicators for each account
Work with Client Services on issues and assist with message delivery
Maintain knowledge of all products, services, and value offerings
Establish and follow best practices
Develop innovative strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
Mentor Client Vendor Managers
Work with complex and large carrier clients
Serve as liaison between Accuserve and clients, understanding customer goals and reporting on strategies to achieve them

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience required
At least 2-5 years experience as an Account Manager or Client director
Property insurance claims industry experience required
Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to leverage data trends/insights to support selling proposition
Strong organizational and project management skillsets and self-discipline to effectively work remotely
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the project or product being developed
Some travel required
Ability to utilize technology devices, software and applications
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required
Reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds
Ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord if working remotely
