About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete pre-scheduled onsite photo inspections and document measurements, conditions, damage, access constraints, and job specifications
  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage qualified subcontracted installers and local contractor partners
  • Develop relationships with local contractors and grow the contractor network
  • Drive sales and provide clients and network partners with current information
  • Achieve sales goals through meetings and KPIs with office-team support
  • Provide job-site oversight throughout fulfillment and window replacement
  • Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, customer expectations, and issue resolution from assignment through completion
  • Monitor job health, revenue recognition, project margins, labor costs, material selections, ordering accuracy, change conditions, and closeout documentation
  • Manage subcontracted labor crews to ensure timely and efficient completion
  • Liaise between management, customers, and labor sources to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Explain project details to customers, insurance adjusters, and carrier personnel
  • Manage territory KPIs and foster a successful, profitable territory
  • Build supplier relationships to improve material pricing, sourcing, availability, and identification
  • Manage multiple job sites and potentially superintendents while running construction jobs
  • Perform territory management functions throughout the assigned region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field; or trade apprenticeship / journeyman certifications or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
  • 2 to 4 years residential construction experience and/or equivalent training required
  • Basic understanding of residential construction and repair methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Salesforce and Verisk literacy is a bonus
  • General computer literacy and processing skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, laptops, tablets, mobile applications, CRM systems, and web-based project tools
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to help others solve problems
  • Flexible and willing to do what is needed
  • Reliable high-speed broadband home internet service
  • Valid US driver’s license required; MVR, background, and drug screenings
  • Must lift and move 50 lbs, carry and manipulate ladders, walk roofs of different pitches, and be comfortable working in construction
  • Approximately 50–75% travel in assigned regions, including realistically 3–4 nights per month away from home
