About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute merchandising plans, planograms, and retail resets
  • Maintain in-store product presentation, pricing, signage, and promotional displays
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory turns, and category performance
  • Write and recommend product orders supporting customer needs
  • Support new product introductions and store conversion initiatives
  • Partner with store teams to resolve inventory, shipping, claims, and product issues
  • Monitor and communicate sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights
  • Verify planogram accuracy and order missing items as needed
  • Assist with new store openings, special events, and promotional activities
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer locations
  • Collaborate with store teams, Territory Managers, and Sales Directors to create a best-in-class retail experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of retail, merchandising, customer service, or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of retail experience considered equivalent
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds and using ladders as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 80%, including occasional overnight travel
  • Ability to travel by air as required
  • Must drive a company vehicle and meet company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements
  • Valid U.S. driver's license held for at least three continuous years immediately preceding today's date
  • Must reside in or near Honolulu, Pearl City, Mililani, or Aiea
  • Preferred: experience with retail merchandising, inventory management, or planograms
  • Preferred: experience supporting multiple store locations or territories
