About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads from campus and university partnerships, from initial inquiry through enrollment
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, providing guidance on programs, tuition, funding options, and admissions requirements
- Conduct individual admissions consultations to assess student goals, readiness, and program fit
- Set accurate expectations about succeeding in fast-paced, certification-focused programs
- Maintain accurate CRM records of student interactions and enrollment activity, with consistent outreach and follow-up
- Represent ACI Tech Academy with integrity in student- and partner-facing interactions
- Participate in occasional evening or weekend events supporting prospective student engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 to 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or a comparable consultative role
- Strong work ethic, high energy, and self-motivation
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with consistent outreach expectations
- CRM discipline and organizational habits that hold up under volume
- Professional communication skills and personal accountability
- Occasional evening or weekend availability for events
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience advising or enrolling self-pay or consumer-financed students preferred
- Familiarity with VA Education Benefits preferred
- Background in higher education, admissions, or academic partnership environments preferred
