About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with implementing process improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma
- Diagram existing processes
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Assist with metrics and process measurement
- Collect data to identify root causes of problems
- Measure performance against process requirements
- Suggest improvements for performance shortfalls
- Assist in developing and delivering presentations and training courses
- Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes
- Communicate team progress
- Develop communications supporting organizational strategies
- Document and compile process needs analysis and process improvements
- Assist with Process Improvement and Root Cause Analysis frameworks, documentation, templates, standards, guidelines, rollout plans, reporting, tracking, and ROI measurement
- Monitor and report on process improvement implementations
- Gather development environment requirements for projects and system enhancements
- Review system performance for process improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Adhere to corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience
- Good oral presentation and written communication skills
- Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and graphics skills for developing process and communication materials
- Basic Power BI, SQL, and Python for data analysis is desirable
