About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure new and existing ACI customers receive first-class delivery service in accordance with customer expectations and contractual agreements.
- Identify and develop customer solutions using company products, outsourced solutions, and/or proprietary tools and techniques.
- Define customer needs and develop project delivery plans and proposals.
- Analyze clients’ business needs and recommend information technology solutions using ACI methodologies.
- Analyze corporate objectives, business functions, and processes.
- Work with project delivery teams to solve product-related issues and recommend workaround solutions.
- Communicate regularly with Technical Consultants and project managers, providing status updates and relevant business information.
- Support regional/product business development and sales efforts for a territory, industry, or account.
- Assist customers with implementation efforts to ensure successful product adoption.
- Assist with risk mitigation actions and contingencies by identifying needed information and seeking it from appropriate sources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Student of Computer Science, Information Systems/Management, Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
- Standard work environment.
- Majority of time spent on PC.
