About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and/or maintain accounting systems, including journal entries and general ledger
  • Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations
  • Balance books and prepare profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements
  • Support external reporting by preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, related disclosures, and MD&A in compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Prepare journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations for complex accounting matters, including stock-based compensation
  • Prepare and assist with quarterly and annual SEC reporting requirements
  • Participate in developing and maintaining accounting policies and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation
  • Prepare regulatory reporting financial information
  • Interpret reports and records for managers and stakeholders
  • Review, track, and maintain financial system information for accuracy and compliance
  • Complete special accounting projects assigned by management
  • Provide internal and external audit deliverables
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years related experience
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheets
  • Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time
  • Strong work ethic
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
