About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the Delivery team as an Architect supporting implementation of CCaaS capabilities
  • Translate client business goals into industry-leading technical designs and solutions
  • Inspire confidence in complex delivery opportunities through CCaaS implementation and enterprise architecture expertise
  • Champion ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across workstreams
  • Prioritize assignments across projects based on capability, complexity, and client needs
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving capabilities from key vendors and share updates with the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional solutions qualification teams to bring opportunities to Closed-Won
  • Participate in client requirements discovery meetings with senior Business and IT stakeholders, supervisors, and analysts
  • Design technical solution architectures covering data integrity and reporting, contact routing, ACD/IVR/IVA, integrations/APIs, and AI concepts
  • Develop technical Solutions Overview documentation for detailed designs and customer requirements
  • Document critical business and IT requirements and compelling events
  • Develop detailed design solutions including technology stacks, bill of material configurations, and architecture diagrams
  • Identify technical delivery skill sets and level of effort required throughout proposed delivery timelines
  • Provide insights on vendor capabilities and competitor service offerings
  • Lead business requirements documentation for Closed-Won CCaaS implementations
  • Oversee engineers assigned to tasks and workstreams
  • Develop technology roadmaps for future phases beyond active scope
  • Support PMO status reporting and executive readouts
  • Serve as escalation point for technical risks and issues
  • Assess scope change requests and their impact on technology decisions
  • Own build quality assurance strategies, follow-up, and defect resolution
  • Design, build, and maintain reusable code libraries
  • Support Statements of Work and Pricing Models where Deployment Services scope is required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-10 years of experience in CCaaS software design, documenting and implementing for enterprise-level clientele
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science or computer engineering preferred)
  • Experience conducting code reviews and establishing best practices standards for coding and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively navigate team and client dynamics
  • Experience with coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++
  • Expert experience with NICE CXOne and/or Genesys Pure Cloud
  • Experience building and managing portfolios of reusable scripting and development templates
  • SME level experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, including the ability to design and implement complex integrations
  • Strong background in contact center platforms and technology
  • Experience and competency with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
  • SME level competency with vision flows (Visio, Lucid, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of the interplay between CCaaS and UCaaS platforms
  • Experience with end-to-end enterprise CCaaS technical architecture, including omni-channel routing, customer analytics, workforce engagement, marketplace bolt-on capabilities, ACD/IVR/IVA design, API approach and external data integrations, and AI/NLP solutions
  • Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship requirements addressed in application
