About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review clinical protocols and Request for Proposal (RFP) materials to determine pricing and proposal strategy
Assist with proposal-generation strategy to optimize sales
Liaise between ACM and global affiliates to determine global pricing strategy
Assist with proposal and budget development, including Standard Operating Procedures
Centralize and standardize Requests for Information (RFI)
Assist in creating and executing global pricing strategy
Help ensure global consistency of laboratory pricing
Facilitate communication between global laboratory partners and ACM Global Central Laboratory regarding pricing and proposals
Ensure timely delivery of proposals to clients
Interact with clients and participate in defense meetings as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS, or 3-8 years equivalent work experience in CRO, central laboratory or clinical trials required
2 years’ experience in Business or Sales Support setting
Proficient in excel
Understanding of pricing and contractual documents desirable
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Experience with industry leading tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, and/or LinkedIn preferred
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Sedentary role requiring prolonged sitting and computer work
Clear visual and auditory ability
Some roles may require flexible hours, TB screening, or a valid driver’s license
