About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent True Classic’s men’s apparel line in a Costco retail environment
Educate Costco members on the quality, fit, and value of shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and light jackets
Drive sales by demonstrating product features, sharing benefits, and providing exceptional customer service
Set up, maintain, and tear down the product display and pop-up table stand
Complete on-site check-ins, daily reporting, and inventory counts via a personal smartphone
Work independently on site without a direct supervisor
Create excitement about True Classic products and deliver an exceptional member experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven sales track record required
Must fully speak and understand English
Ability to be on your feet for approximately 6+ hours at a time
Able to lift 25+ pounds
Ability to construct and deconstruct a pop-up table stand
Personal smartphone to complete on-site check-ins and reporting
Completion of daily reporting and inventory counts
Retail experience and an outgoing personality are a plus
Mandatory participation in the 1.5-hour virtual training call
Must complete Mosaic’s official hiring and onboarding before being eligible to work
