About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with brands on developing and executing annual marketing budgets and plans
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to deliver sales performance across the brand portfolio
  • Maintain and optimize current product listings with internal teams
  • Ensure accurate customer-facing information and content
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data
  • Develop creative and effective solutions to retail challenges
  • Present solutions to multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners and external parties in daily brand maintenance
  • Proactively communicate solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly
  • Create and present results to brands quarterly and/or annually via PowerPoint

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales/broker agency, marketing, or merchant role
  • Understanding of e-commerce channels and online marketplaces
  • Abstract problem solver, able to work in ambiguous environment
  • Entrepreneurial aptitude, positive attitude
  • Vendor Management, account management and/or agency experience desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel – pivot tables, Indexing, presentation level charts
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and innate understanding of retail financials
  • Able to travel if necessary
  • Sit for extended periods (typically 6+ hours per day)
  • Use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
  • Lift and carry light items, typically 20+ pounds
  • Reach, bend, or stoop occasionally
  • Maintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work
  • Follow clear directions
  • Perform repetitive motions consistently throughout the day
  • Ability to work in the United States
