Key responsibilities & impact
  • Positively impact sales volume through in-house and point-of-sale involvement
  • Greet customers enthusiastically, determine their needs, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, and suggest products using service and selling strategies
  • Maintain cosmetic line merchandising concepts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of gondolas, visual displays, product assortment, and drawers
  • Participate in day-to-day cosmetic line business, animation, and in-store events
  • Pursue additional product knowledge and artistry techniques as needed
  • Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary
  • Attract new clients and engage them quickly
  • Create an amazing client experience through high-touch service
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year make up sales or make-up artist experience preferred
  • High energy person comfortable approaching and speaking with store customers
  • Enjoyment in persuading people in a positive way
  • Strong selling skills
  • Goal oriented
  • Fun and outgoing personality
  • Ability to do basic beauty make-up
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for long periods as needed
