About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the content management and syndication process for assigned clients, including coordinating updated assets, managing content attributes through client syndication portals, troubleshooting publication issues, and pushing content updates to contracted retailers
  • Manage and analyze the digital shelf for assigned clients
  • Develop recommendations for optimized titles, bullets, product descriptions, images, keywords, and search terms
  • Run content audits, build scorecards, and provide reporting
  • Diagnose functional, systematic, or process issues to identify root causes and resolve them where possible
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal partners, clients, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Act as a business operations SME to influence and manage change and educate others
  • Complete training and development for new tools, systems, and processes, as well as mandated training courses
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two Years of relevant experience
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of ecommerce, omnichannel sites, and/or digital marketing
  • Problem solving, works with clients, meets deadlines, presentation skills
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
