About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the content management and syndication process by organizing and uploading content attributes and files to content management and syndication platforms
  • Ensure content updates are published and live on each retailer’s site
  • Diagnose, track, and resolve functional, systematic, or process issues affecting content publication
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and internal partners
  • Act as a content management and syndication subject matter expert to support client needs and business objectives
  • Complete training to learn new tools, systems, and processes, including Acosta-mandated training
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in industry name required
  • Familiar with managing retailer enterprise systems and operating web-based software programs
  • Familiar with basic ecommerce practices and terminology
  • Strong coordination and project management skills
  • Strong business communication and interpersonal skills with internal workgroups
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
