About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop quality content and graphic campaigns and disseminate them through in-store channels, including digital screens
  • Act as client liaison for content approvals, responses, and new initiatives
  • Create monthly and final program performance recaps
  • Monitor competitor activity and content performance trends
  • Manage program critical paths, weekly meeting agendas, and contact reports
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing programs, including identification, recruitment, contract coordination, content approvals, execution, and measurement
  • Research retail marketing trends, shopper engagement tactics, content innovation, and creator-led experiences
  • Develop UGC strategies and manage content creation opportunities across social, digital, and shopper marketing channels
  • Develop creative concepts integrating influencers, creators, digital content, and shopper engagement into Sam’s Club activations
  • Assist with digital screen equipment setup and operation for demonstrations, presentations, and off-site activations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, PR, or related fields preferred
  • Three years of relevant work experience
  • Technical understanding of popular and emerging social platforms and tools for monitoring, scheduling, and measuring social media performance
  • Experience creating compelling, on-brand graphics and copy
  • Extensive analytics and reporting knowledge
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to keep abreast of emerging digital marketing platforms
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours per day
  • Ability to use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and carry light items, typically 20+ pounds
  • Ability to reach, bend, or stoop occasionally
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions consistently throughout the day
