About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own enterprise change enablement strategy aligned with corporate priorities, transformation objectives, and long-term business goals
- Establish and refine enterprise-wide change enablement standards, methodologies, tools, adoption metrics, and governance practices
- Oversee organizational readiness and adoption
- Deliver executive-level insights on readiness, adoption trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead the enterprise transformation communications strategy in partnership with Corporate Communications
- Partner with direct reports and program leaders to drive adoption, engagement, and business value realization
- Develop organizational change capability by equipping leaders, teams, and associates with skills, knowledge, and practices
- Build and develop a high-performing team through goals, accountability, development plans, and continuous learning
- Advise executive leaders and transformation teams on organizational impacts, change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, and resource planning
- Connect adoption outcomes to transformation success, business performance improvements, and realized enterprise investment value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a similar or related role
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience leading or supporting business transformation programs
- Experience with large-scale organizational employee engagement and change efforts
- Experience designing and executing enterprise-wide communications strategies
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and practical experience applying them within large organizations
- Ability to develop and execute enterprise change strategies and adoption plans
- Deep knowledge of organizational change management frameworks and best practices, including Prosci ADKAR
- Ability to assess organizational readiness and change risk
- Experience managing stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, communications, training alignment, and resistance management
- Ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of enterprise transformation delivery models, including PMO, Agile, Waterfall, and product-based delivery
- Knowledge of change measurement, adoption analytics, readiness assessments, value realization, and KPI development
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented while focusing on the big picture
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Team player able to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to lift materials and equipment weighing less than 15 pounds
- Ability to view a computer monitor for more than 30% of the time
- Personal protective equipment may need to be worn
