About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and supervise the activities of the Field team
  • Lead overall execution effectiveness, including Driving Sell Out, visit compliance, training compliance, cost control, and metrics reporting
  • Lead, coach, advise, and recruit a remote team of Regional Managers
  • Serve as the primary expert for team members' performance in client service and service order execution
  • Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with remote representatives and management/corporate support teams
  • Act as liaison among Regional Managers, representatives, corporate/client teams, clients, and retailers
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, deliverables, promotions, processes, and assignments
  • Evaluate, recommend, customize, and implement operational best practices
  • Meet regularly with Client Services and management to ensure excellent customer service and client/contract expectations
  • Collaborate with management and corporate partners on representative and client program success
  • Create a culture of performance excellence that attracts and retains top talent
  • Meet or exceed target completion goals while minimizing service-order rescheduling
  • Align resources to accomplish objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Minimum two years of management experience in retail, retail operations, merchandising, sales, marketing, and service organizations required
  • Minimum three years in retail, merchandising, and/or consumer packaged goods required
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt well to change, maintain strict confidentiality, and be detail-oriented
  • Ability to self-motivate and effectively manage your time
