About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct end-to-end customer supply chain strategy for supplier clients, including forecast collaboration/CPFR, inventory health, and order flow
Improve in-stock and on-shelf availability while aligning modular set timing and eCommerce fulfillment
Represent Customer Supply Chain Services in supplier client meetings and business reviews
Deliver insights, scorecard readouts, action plans, presentations, and strategic recommendations
Mentor and train team members on Scintilla, OTIF, SQEP, exception management, proprietary tools, and AI-driven analytics
Manage performance reviews and development plans
Ensure access to Scintilla, Power BI, Tableau, IRI, NielsenIQ, and other analytics platforms
Lead upskilling in analytics, automation, and emerging technologies
Standardize SOPs and dashboards across clients
Oversee diagnostics, data integration, visualization, root-cause analysis, and get-well plans for service risks
Manage deduction prevention and dispute processes as appropriate
Partner with Planning, Logistics, and 3PL teams on DC/FC flow, seasonal builds, launches, and transitions
Report progress and impact to the VP of BI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain/replenishment, customer logistics, or comparable CPG/retail background
3+ years in a leadership role within CPG or retail
Experience leading teams that partner with Walmart on behalf of supplier organizations
Proven success building and leading replenishment/CPFR teams serving supplier clients selling through Walmart
Expertise in CPFR, OTIF, SQEP, ASN/EDI, deduction prevention, modular timing, and seasonal/promo planning
Advanced proficiency with Scintilla and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based analytics platforms
Experience training teams on emerging technologies
Ability to work in the United States, validated through E-Verify
