About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and maintain standardized facilities management programs across an assigned portfolio of corporate offices and collaboration centers
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, work-order response, vendor and service-contract administration, janitorial and workplace services, and space readiness
  • Apply and maintain facilities policies, procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with IT and Corporate Communications on workplace technology installation, support, and upkeep, including A/V systems, digital signage, and branded environments
  • Ensure facilities comply with safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity standards; escalate risks, incidents, and exceptions
  • Administer site-level operating budgets within an approved annual plan; track spend, invoices, purchase orders, variances, and forecasts
  • Build working relationships with site leaders, office managers, employees, internal partners, and external vendors
  • Support sustainability, workplace enhancement, and employee experience initiatives
  • Prepare recurring operational reporting and analysis on service levels, work orders, site spend, and vendor performance
  • Direct and oversee contract and vendor resources
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of facilities management, building systems, and workplace technology, including A/V, low-voltage/data cabling, digital signage, and building automation
  • Strong project coordination skills and a track record of delivering site-level projects on schedule and within an approved budget
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across geographies and cultures
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 20%
  • Ability to adapt to change, follow established processes, and drive continuous improvement at the site level
  • Financial acumen and experience managing site operating budgets and tracking project costs
  • Ability to work effectively with internal business partners and external vendors
  • Ability to balance operational priorities with project deadlines and service commitments
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours per day
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and mouse for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and carry light items, typically 20+ pounds
  • Ability to reach, bend, or stoop occasionally
  • Ability to maintain focus during desk-based work
  • Ability to follow clear directions and perform repetitive motions
  • Personal protective equipment may need to be worn
