About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and maintain sales and marketing materials, including presentations, sell sheets, case studies, capability overviews, videos, and other commercial assets
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather information, develop content, and organize complex information into clear marketing stories and commercial assets
  • Adapt and optimize sales and marketing materials based on audience needs, stakeholder feedback, market changes, and evolving business priorities
  • Support development of proof points, customer stories, and case studies
  • Manage day-to-day execution of commercial marketing projects through intake, planning, review, approval, and delivery
  • Coordinate project timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and status updates
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Project Manager on prioritization, resource planning, and workload management
  • Identify risks, roadblocks, and competing priorities and escalate as appropriate
  • Maintain project records, documentation, reporting, and workflow visibility in Monday.com
  • Facilitate project meetings, gather requirements, and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned projects and initiatives
  • Maintain and optimize commercial content in Highspot
  • Gather feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to improve content effectiveness and user experience
  • Participate in LinkedIn Learning aligned with role and career development goals
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or Project Management strongly preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a marketing capacity in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
  • Proven track record of strong proactive communication, project management across multiple divisions, and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong writing and copyediting skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of or experience with marketing and creative principles, including brand governance
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours per day
  • Ability to use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and carry light items, typically 20+ pounds
  • Ability to reach, bend, or stoop occasionally
  • Ability to maintain focus and attention during desk-based work
  • Ability to follow clear directions and perform repetitive motions consistently
  • Ability to view a computer monitor for more than 70% of the time
  • Ability to work in the United States
