About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for future associates regarding onboarding tasks such as I-9, background consent, required training, and access issues
- Guide future associates through the onboarding process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Record inquiries in a case management tool and respond within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with reviewing job profiles and opening requisitions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure successful end-to-end redeployment processes
- Escalate complex or confidential inquiries and requests to higher-level functional support
- Maintain confidentiality of department and associate information
- Meet and exceed applicable metrics and SLAs
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree
- Associate's degree in human resources, Business or related field or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Associate-first mindset with dedication to internal customer service and company culture
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with peers, management, teammates, and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage expectations, processes, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 6+ hours per day
- Ability to use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry light items, typically 20+ pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, or stoop occasionally
- Ability to maintain focus and attention during desk-based work
- Ability to follow clear directions
- Ability to perform repetitive motions consistently throughout the day
- Ability to work in the United States, subject to E-Verify validation
