About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own paid media campaigns from planning and launch through daily optimization, beginning with Meta and expanding to additional channels based on performance and business needs
  • Analyze channel and blended performance to improve CAC, ROAS, lead quality, revenue, and profitability while keeping spend on pace
  • Maintain measurement across pixels, tags, UTMs, conversion events, conversion APIs, server-side tracking, dashboards, and attribution analysis
  • Run a documented testing roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding, offers, landing pages, and funnels
  • Deliver performance reporting, surface risks and opportunities early, monitor platform changes, and use AI tools where they improve speed or quality
  • Partner with the Meta, Funnels & AI Performance Coach, Brand & Creative Director, Messaging & Copy Strategist, and marketing and sales teams
  • Meet results targets including spend within 5% of plan, regular tracking audits, at least two structured tests per active platform monthly, weekly reports, monthly reviews by the fifth business day, and quarterly channel-expansion recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Experience owning Meta campaigns and at least one additional major platform
  • Accountability for meaningful budgets and business results
  • Advanced analytical ability across advertising platforms, GA4, dashboards, and business data
  • Hands-on experience implementing and auditing pixels, conversion APIs, UTM structures, conversion events, and server-side tracking
  • Practical understanding of attribution limits
  • Experience designing, running, and documenting experiments
  • Clear, leadership-ready communication skills
  • Current knowledge of paid platform changes
  • Practical experience using AI to improve repeatable workflows
  • Working hours aligned to U.S.-based team collaboration and campaign needs
