About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the implementation of Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) in 2027 in collaboration with the partner
  • Develop and advance the company’s security strategy
  • Manage security across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure
  • Support the security of the proprietary LOCS ERP system and API integrations
  • Establish access and security policies for branches, departments, and systems
  • Manage vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents
  • Assess risks associated with vendors and new integrations
  • Support LGPD compliance, audits, and customer security questionnaires
  • Establish best practices for the secure use of Artificial Intelligence
  • Develop security awareness and training initiatives for employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerabilities, incidents, networks, endpoints, and cloud environments
  • Knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners
  • Knowledge of LGPD and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or CIS Controls
  • Experience with Zscaler/Zero Trust, DevSecOps, audits, or risk management is a plus
  • Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, AZ-500, or SC-200 certifications are a plus
