About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct regular community patrols using a personal vehicle to identify and document potential violations of association CC&Rs, Rules, and Regulations
  • Capture and upload clear, detailed photos and notes of each violation using compliance software
  • Issue courtesy notices, violation letters, and follow-up communications according to association policy and timelines
  • Track and manage open violations through resolution while maintaining accurate records
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents about compliance matters
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and board meetings
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Administrative staff to ensure consistent enforcement and timely follow-up
  • Attend board or committee meetings as needed to provide compliance updates or clarification
  • Assist with administrative duties or special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in property management, community association management or code enforcement preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain objective when assessing potential violations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and mobile inspection/reporting tools
  • Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License, insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle for daily patrols
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • May require flexibility for occasional evening or weekend inspections
