Assess cultural relevance and sensitivity in the Australian context
Assess respectful and authentic representation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities where applicable
Assess clarity, realism, and accessibility of language
Assess appropriateness across professional and everyday settings
Identify potential biases, stereotypes, or harmful representations
Review inclusive language and adequacy of context or content warnings
Flag confusing, inappropriate, or insensitive content
Provide clear written feedback to support improvements
Collaborate asynchronously with the Content Team to clarify or expand on feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently living in Australia
Strong understanding of the local context, culture, and communities
Particularly Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander lived or professional experience
Excellent written communication skills in English
Ability to provide clear, constructive, and thoughtful feedback
Critical thinking about abstract ideas
Ability to assess content for nuance, fairness, and relevance
Experience or background in education, psychology, clinical training, assessment development, literature, DEI, philosophy, or similar is beneficial but not required
Must not have taken the Casper test in the past two years and must not plan to take it in the future
