About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run AI-readiness conversations with client leaders
- Analyze client workflows and identify prioritized AI use cases
- Build client-specific AI adoption roadmaps
- Help clients deploy, configure, and optimize AI tools
- Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot pilot programs, including user selection, success metrics, coaching, measurement, and scale decisions
- Coordinate with engineering on SharePoint, Teams, and content-library readiness and permissions
- Build lightweight automations with Copilot Studio and Power Automate
- Partner on sensitivity labels, DLP, and Microsoft Purview configuration
- Deliver live and recorded AI training for client end users
- Create reusable prompts, templates, and playbooks for client industries
- Keep internal teams current on ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Microsoft AI tools
- Help account managers identify AI opportunities in existing accounts
- Write client-facing newsletters, blog posts, webinars, and other thought leadership
- Help hire and mentor future team members as demand grows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in an IT, consulting, customer success, training, or related role with significant time in front of end users
- Active personal interest in AI; regular use of ChatGPT, Claude, and/or Microsoft Copilot
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook
- Comfort learning Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and PowerShell
- Willingness to build simple automations; developer experience not required
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people
- Service mindset and attention to client details
- Genuine interest in regulated industries and a security-first mindset
- Experience in regulated environments, Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, DLP basics, or an AI portfolio/blog/GitHub/demo are nice to have but not required
