About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prioritize orders, pull and pack orders, and ensure quality assurance and order completeness
  • Ensure appropriate packaging, labeling, delivery timing, miscellaneous procurement, and compliance with ACW Standard Operating Procedures
  • Participate in directly serving Air Culinaire customers and obtain feedback about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues as an on-site problem solver according to company guidelines
  • Pick up supplies as needed and perform routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance
  • Assist in the kitchen during busy periods

Requirements

  • Experienced foodie and culinary-arts professional
  • Strong food and beverage experience
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Must be able to work extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights as required
  • Background check required
  • MVR required with a reasonably clean driving record
  • Drug test required
