About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives to run discovery with customer service leaders
- Uncover operational challenges and demonstrate AI-agent capabilities across chat, email, and voice
- Design automation-first solutions for complex deals
- Help clients identify how generative AI fits their businesses
- Take technical ownership from discovery through technical scoping
- Create custom, prospect-branded demos and reusable demo assets
- Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept
- Provide clear technical scoping handoffs to Professional Services
- Own technical answers to RFPs and security questionnaires
- Grow technical win rate, influenced pipeline, and closed ARR
- Communicate recurring product gaps to Product and Engineering teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years in presales, solutions consulting, or presales engineering
- Proven track record of winning deals by communicating value and differentiation
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and generative models, and their business applications
- Technical proficiency with APIs, SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Shopify, Zendesk, HubSpot), and integration methodologies
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
