Key responsibilities & impact

Build, document, and optimize scalable operational systems
Turn ideas and strategy into actionable execution plans
Keep projects, deadlines, and team priorities organized and on track

Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing focus
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Experience managing remote teams and workflows
Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Experience in online education, coaching, or real estate is a strong plus
Familiarity with CRMs, project management platforms, and automations is a bonus
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a growing business environment
