About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, support, and develop the field sales team in the southern half of France, comprising four field sales representatives responsible for key and strategic accounts
  • Provide a clear framework, develop skills, and manage individual and collective performance
  • Define and implement the sales strategy for the southern region with the Sales Director
  • Analyze market developments and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Prioritize sales activities and evolve sales methods and processes
  • Lead customer retention and account growth initiatives for the team’s customer portfolio across the southern region
  • Support sales representatives in managing their accounts and coordinate responses with internal departments
  • Lead prospecting and new customer acquisition across the southern region
  • Support the acquisition of new accounts, particularly major accounts
  • Track opportunities and support high-potential deals
  • Monitor the team’s performance indicators
  • Oversee reporting, analysis, and forecasting of commercial activity across the territory
  • Identify gaps, adjust priorities, and adapt sales initiatives
  • Meet regularly with the team, customers, and partners while traveling throughout the region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in sales management, gained in a B2B services environment
  • Proven experience managing and supervising sales teams
  • Ability to support teams, structure activities, and improve performance
  • Comfortable working with demanding stakeholders
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with high-stakes clients
