About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the financial integrity and overall performance of the AMS Business Unit
Partner with executive management and business leaders to shape strategy and oversee financial activities
Oversee FP&A, the balance sheet, treasury, and cash flow statements
Build three-year plans and forecasting models
Develop annual budgets and three- to five-year projections
Track variances and establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and the Board
Supervise general and management accounting, monthly and annual close processes, and financial consolidation
Oversee tax compliance, commercial contracts, corporate governance, insurance, and risk management
Monitor legal structuring and profit-sharing mechanisms and initiatives
Manage, structure, and develop a direct team of one to three employees
Serve on the AMS Leadership Team and Executive Committee
Act as a strategic partner and co-leader alongside operational teams
Align finance leads across local business units around shared analytical frameworks
Provide analytical support on commissions, traffic, offer performance, logistics efficiency, and third-party (3P) in-store operations
Identify and drive marketplace growth levers, including B2B/Pro clients, in-store marketplaces, and 2P fulfillment
Standardize local and global financial and performance practices
Collaborate closely with the AMS Data and Strategy teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comprehensive financial expertise required, including FP&A, accounting and balance sheet management, and cash flow
Strong knowledge of or practical experience in legal, tax, and corporate structuring
Fluent English is essential
Ability to directly manage a lean team and lead broader cross-functional communities
Knowledge of digital or e-commerce business models preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong leadership skills and a business-partner mindset
Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of business strategy
Ability to navigate complex, matrixed international environments
Strong ability to influence, collaborate, align, and unite global and local teams
High learning agility and strong growth potential
